		<description>I too selected Tempranillo and it went really well with a creamy dish - cheese grits and swell with hickory smoked bacon.  I didn&#039;t mention it in my review, but I also had the feeling the wine would have opened up a little more had I let it breathe for a while.  That chorizo dish looks incredible and I&#039;ll have to try it....with a Spanish red of course.</description>
